Listings span houses, apartments, land, offices, shops and warehouses for sale, rent or lease. Trust leads the pitch: identity verification for landlords, tenants and agents, checks before a listing goes live, and payments and documents handled on the platform. Tenants can pay rent in installments where the landlord allows it.
